We did a lot of art today, and also a TON of food preparation. The girls made me a chocolate cake for my birthday. Bean and I made my coworkers blueberry muffins while Pumpkin and Peanut napped (yes, napped!). Perfect chilly day for baking.
Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 pint blueberries (sinful with chocolate chips, I admit)
Bake for 20 minutes at 350

I love baking with my kids. It brings such a feeling of calm and togetherness. And now I need to make some blueberry muffins!
